I am finding the heat and humidity we have here in Montreal, Canada very difficult. I will be 70 in October. Warm greetings from a retired lady.
As a longtime resident of Arizona I know a little bit about heat (I like to call it warmth). My routine is to get up very early, take a walk,(lucky to have shaded streets) take a noon nap, and usually an evening walk with a friend. Yes, summer temperatures all over are rising and we are so fortunate to have A/C. In the early days of Phoenix people put wet sheets on a porch and often slept outside.
